- to oversee and manage the individual account for each company within the group
- to compile the necessary information from every company within the group and prepare consolidated account monthly
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent and relevant authorities in relate to the group account (where necessary)
- to prepare quarterly reporting, forecast and projection, annual budget, financial analysis and performance and annual report for management review
- able to propose tax planning for the group
