Job Description
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive the company's growth and profitability.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
A Successful Group CFO Should Have
- A strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Proven expertise in financial management and strategy within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle complex financial operations and drive business growth.
- Competitive monthly salary between MYR 30000 and MYR 35000.
