Internship Period: 4 to 6 months

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our Account Manager and Channel Manager teams in executing roadshows and go-to-market (GTM) activities for the corporate individual customer Gov, MM & SMB Segment . This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain exposure to sales campaign operations, event coordination, and performance tracking in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & GTM Execution Support
    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of GTM campaigns and roadshows targeting corporate individual customers.
    • Support preparation of sales kits, product info sheets, and campaign briefing materials.
    • Track and compile campaign progress, customer responses, and feedback for improvement.
  • Roadshow & Event Coordination
    • Coordinate logistics, materials, and on-site setup for roadshows and corporate activations.
    • Assist with customer registration, engagement activities, and real-time issue resolution during events.
    • Provide on-ground support during campaign implementation and customer engagements.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Update and maintain daily roadshow performance tracking, including leads captured, customer interest levels, and sales conversion status.
    • Assist in preparing daily and weekly summaries to share with management and campaign teams.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer engagements and follow-ups.
  • Engagement & Support
    • Support Account Manager & Channel Manager in coordinating product updates, pricing, and promotion rollouts to channel partners.
    • Assist in partner training sessions, including slide prep and attendance tracking.
    • Help consolidate partner feedback and assist in tracking partner-driven leads.
  • General Administrative Support
    • Maintain proper documentation for all campaign and roadshow activities.
    • Provide support in data entry , and sales performance dashboards.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with CRM systems and Canva is a plus.
  • Willing to travel or work on-site during roadshows or event periods.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
