We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Guest Experience Manager to lead and enhance the overall guest journey at Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu. In this role, you will work closely with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service that align with our brand standards. Your leadership will create memorable experiences for our guests while fostering a positive work environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion Hyatt Centric brand values and guest experience strategies.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively address concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance service efficiency and implement best practices.
  • Work closely with employees, guests, and owners to meet and exceed expectations.

Minimum 2 years of work experience in a guest facing/engaging role. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
