Job Description

The world is changing in the way we consume products, from ownership to usership, and DigitalRoute is positioned in the centre of the transition. Because, when enterprises pivot to usage-based business models, they often make an unfortunate discovery. Their systems weren’t built to handle the massive data volumes and complexity that usage-based models generate. This causes them to leak revenue and respond too slowly to customer demand. DigitalRoute solves this by creating a real-time usage data layer for enterprises. Our products transform raw usage data into clear information for billing, in real time and at high scale.

As Head of APAC, you will lead DigitalRoute’s commercial strategy and sales execution across the region. With a strong customer base—including many of the region’s top brands—you’ll drive growth across all our business units: SAP partnership, enterprise, telco, and professional services.

Our mission is to deepen relationships with existing customers and strengthen our customer-centric approach through effective collaboration across all customer touchpoints. You’ll also expand new business, building on our Usage Cloud launch, new telco initiatives, and our rebranding efforts around AI monetization.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the APAC commercial strategy, aligned with DigitalRoute’s global objectives.
  • Grow relationships with existing customers and secure new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and align activities across SAP, Enterprise, Telco, and Professional Services business units to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Foster strong internal communication and collaboration in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of direct reports, each aligned with key business units.
  • Champion DigitalRoute’s presence and brand in APAC, engaging both customers and employees.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience growing customer relationships and new business in an Enterprise/Telco B2B SaaS setting, ideally in the Q2C or mediation space.
  • A strong track record of building executive-level customer relationships and leveraging them for growth.
  • Experience leading teams and achieving results in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to attract, develop, and partner with talent across the business.
  • Excellent internal communication and alignment skills, with expertise in leveraging a global footprint for regional growth.
  • Collaborative approach, working closely with SAP, Enterprise, Telco, and Professional Services business units.
