- Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex billing challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to billing operations.
