Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve company sales and profitability goals.
• Lead the Category team in planning, organizing, and managing all commercial activities.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure optimal product assortment and inventory levels to meet consumer demand.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that arise.
• Develop and manage the commercial budget, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track commercial performance.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial or category management role within the retail industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
