Our business is growing, profitable, and backed by LTV SaaS Growth Funds, and we are looking to expand our footprint amongst online businesses.

Job Overview:

As the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for shaping Piktochart's engineering strategy, overseeing technical execution, and ensuring our platform remains innovative, scalable, and reliable. You will lead and mentor a team of engineers, foster a strong engineering culture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.

What Your Work Will Entail:

• Technical Leadership: Define and execute the engineering roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product vision.
• Team Management & Growth: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Scalability & Performance: Ensure the platform's architecture and infrastructure can scale efficiently as Piktochart grows.
• Process Improvement: Implement best practices in software development, DevOps, and agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and delivery speed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and leadership teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Security & Reliability: Maintain high standards of security, performance, and reliability to provide a seamless experience for users.
• Innovation & AI Integration: Explore and integrate AI and machine learning technologies to enhance product capabilities and automate processes.

• Strong background in software development, architecture, and system design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for innovation, automation, and driving technical excellence.
• Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role (Head of Engineering, Engineering Director, or similar).
• Experience leading and scaling engineering teams in a high-growth environment.
