Preferrably with sales leadership experience, handle both direct sales and channel/partner/distributor sales.
What You’ll Do
The Head of Enterprise Sales is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, achieve annual sales and growth targets, through enterprise-level client acquisition and retention. This role involves leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and building long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.
"A. Achieve PQ sales revenue target in the assigned country.
B. Strategic Leadership
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science
"A. 10+ years of sales experience
Knowledge and network of Key stakeholders (Consultants, Integrators, End Users)

What You’ll Do

B. Strategic Leadership
- Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives in line with corporate and regional strategies
- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement plans to increase market share and profitability of products and services (value-based concept)
- Forecast revenue and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Client Engagement:
- Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects.
- Work with marketing primes to implement the company’s marketing communication strategy to sustain the brand image
- Analyse the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies.
- Provide market feedback to influence product development and positioning.
- Provide bid management documents in accordance with policies and process requirements
- Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
- Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values
- Continually review and deploy go-to-market strategies to drive exponential growth for Eaton PQ business
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Identify new market opportunities and areas for expansion.
- Team Manager:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of enterprise sales professionals.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on results and collaboration.
- To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
- Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
- Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
- Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
- Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
- Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
- Create a culture of continuous improvement
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science
"A. 10+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years sales experience in IT and/or UPS Systems
- 3+ years of managerial experience (preferrable)"
