We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Legal Affairs to lead our legal department and provide comprehensive legal guidance across all business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive legal expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while supporting our organization's growth and compliance objectives.

What You'll Do
Lead and manage all legal affairs and compliance matters
Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements
Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management
Ensure regulatory compliance across all business operations
Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes
Develop and implement legal policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
Law degree with valid practicing certificate
8+ years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
Experience in regulatory compliance and risk management
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
