Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage marketing and production teams.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies across online and offline channels.
  • Drive Meta Ads campaigns to achieve traffic and sales targets.
  • Oversee content direction for all platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Telegram.
  • Plan monthly campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Manage marketing budget and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with KOLs and influencers to boost brand presence.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3â5 yearsâ experience in digital marketing or social media.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of Meta Ads, influencer marketing
  • Analytical, creative, and results-driven.
