This role is pivotal in the store development process, encompassing design, construction, facilities, and maintenance across South East Asia. The successful candidate will be based in the vibrant Klang Valley, conveniently located near the city or easily accessible. What You'll Do

As the Head of Project for Construction and Store Designs, you will play a crucial role in shaping the physical presence of our client's brand across South East Asia. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the store development process from design to construction, ensuring that each facility reflects the company brand's commitment to quality and innovation. You will manage relationships with landlords, tenants, coordinators, and contractors while also assisting in real estate site selection and pre-lease site surveys. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that all facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in good repair.

• Oversee office and store-based construction and facilities teams.
• Take charge of all Construction Administration including contract biddings.
• Assist in Real Estate site selection and pre-lease site surveys.
• Manage all landlord tenant coordinator and contractor relationships.
• Ensure all facilities and equipment are properly maintained and in good repair.

As the ideal candidate for the Head of Project for Construction & Store Designs role, you bring a wealth of experience from the retail industry. With a Bachelor's degree in project management under your belt, you have spent at least 15 to 20 years honing your skills in construction work. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders. You have a proven track record in Construction Administration including contract biddings. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that all facilities and equipment under your care are well-maintained and in good repair.

• Bachelor’s Degree in project management.
• Minimum 15 to 20 years of work experience from retail industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with landlords, tenants, coordinators, and contractors.
• Experience in real estate site selection and pre-lease site surveys.
• Proven track record in Construction Administration including contract biddings.
