Head Of Project Management lead and manage the project management team and substation projects for Grid technologies Grid Solutions business area in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. The role will have a single face responsibility with all substation projects and project management development under the Business Area. This position will report to the Head of Grid Technologies Grid Solutions in Malaysia.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead and manage the project management team & projects for Grid Solution business in region Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei include provide coaching and support.
- Develop and implement project management strategies, processes and methodologies to build a strong and flexible PM organization
- Oversee the planning and execution of substations projects with strong focus on timelines, cost control, and resources
- Collaborate with internal and external collaborators, including factories, contractors and clients
- Ensure close collaboration with headquarter, regional sales- and service operations team and focus on transparency and effective communication to all partners and team members
- Foster a culture of continues improvement within the project management team
- Ensure implementation of EQS requirements- and culture
- identify the needs and implement a solid team development plan
- P&L responsibility for regional projects and for customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Assemble all project managers and project team and assign individual responsibilities.
- Identify appropriate resources needed and ensure that these resources are sufficiently provided to the project.
- Ability to lead project management to execute and implement Transmission Substations Projects in Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore
- University degree in electrical or electronic engineering or similar is required, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in project management/operations including technical, financial and contractual in energy transmission.
- Project management experience, preferable with certification from International Project Management Bodies.
- Distinctive communication skills.
- Excellent English & skills to work in a multi-cultural environment and be flexible and mobile during projects execution
