Job Summary
Propose and drive the implementation of a comprehensive and competitive
total rewards strategy, in alignment with the Air Liquide Group Compensation & Benefits strategy, to support business growth and strive for positive impacts on employees’ performance and satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
● Analyze local compensation schemes within the entities and existing pay gaps and propose simplification, harmonization and gap-filling plans
● Prepare, launch and lead the annual compensation review campaign (including setting the budget and monitoring it).
● As Business Process Owner, contribute to Compensation and Advanced Compensation processes evolution led by Group Total Rewards and Internal Mobility.
● Participate in the Global C&B network and contribute to the elaboration of the Group strategy.
● Based on employee feedback and external benchmark, analyze Total Rewards attractivity against competition according to business objectives and propose improvements.
● In coordination with Clusters Purchasing and Group Total Rewards CoE, negotiate contracts for local external Total Rewards providers and tools and manage the relationship with local representatives of Group vendors.
● Manage a diverse and multicultutral/lingual team memebrs across the APAC region.
Qualification
● Minimum 15 + years in leading C&B in an international environment. Background in strategic roles where influence decision is key.
● Proven experience in leading transformations and changes in an evolving environment.
● Experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs
● Experience in implementing total rewards strategy
● Team management, with experience of remote team members and preferably from diverse nationalities
● Experience in HRIS technologies in the field of Total Rewards.
