Head of Unit, Enterprise Connectivity Solutions

• Oversee and mentor Solution Manager(s) throughout the lifecycle management of solutions and related initiatives.
• Drive and implement business strategies for connectivity solutions to achieve business objectives, such as revenue targets.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (CDM, CDL, and other divisions) and external parties (clients, MCMC) related to enterprise connectivity business.
• Explore new product opportunities through partnerships, development initiatives, or contracting.
• Collaborate with the enterprise platform team on the roadmap and development of connectivity solutions.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives involving other divisions (IT, Network, or other business units) related to connectivity solutions.
• Provide support and deliver training on solutions to other business units, including Sales, Pre-Sales, and Business Development teams.
• Develop and implement processes for monitoring, analyzing, and governing solution portfolio performance, including KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Focus on people development by enhancing team competencies and promoting upskilling initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Network Engineering, IT, or Computer Science.
• Solid technical background with expertise in enterprise solution design.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align strategies and solutions with overarching business goals and objectives.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities, paired with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Proven effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Adaptable, flexible, and driven by an execution-focused mindset.
