    Duties/responsibilities (Training Provided)
  • Engage warmly with customers and provide expert advice on medications, supplements and rehabilitation products
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable products and provide accurate information and counseling on their use.
  • Support pharmacists in conducting health assessments such as blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol levels, and uric acid tests.
  • Assist in the dispensing of medications and supplements under the supervision of the pharmacist.
  • Ensure product displays are organized and maintained in good condition.
  • Follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) and FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices to manage stock effectively.
  • Receive and store incoming goods and participate in stock control and management.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, and escalate issues to the appropriate pharmacy team member when necessary.
  • Maintain professional and positive interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Affix price tags to products and ensure promotional displays are up-to-date and attractively arranged.
  • Operate the cash register for processing both cash and card transactions.
  • Balance the register with receipts at the end of the shift to maintain accurate sales records.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in any healthcare background (e.g., Medical, Nursing, Medical Lab, Physiotherapy, Clinical, Health Science, Biomedical Science, Nutrition and Dietetics, Sport Science).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Having a friendly and engaging personality
  • Outspoken, strong customer service skills and sales-oriented mindset
  • Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
