Job description
Responsible for the after-sales service of Malaysia Home Appliances (products: air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, etc.), management of service quality indicators, construction and optimization of service network and service position, management of service providers, management of service teams, to achieve the business requirements of the headquarters and the country
1. Improve the coverage and continuous optimization of the national white power service network according to the business status and planning;
2. Support the development of national white power service business, travel to the site to solve the process execution card points;
3. Management of service indicators: organize regular meetings and formulate the implementation progress of corresponding improvement plans;
4. Basic business management and process optimization: service settlement management, service contract management, spare parts and warehousing business management, etc.
5, customer management: 2B customer demand communication, feedback, processing; VOC management;
6, complete the selection of white power suppliers, standardized installation, maintenance and other business management;
7. Survey, analysis and improvement plan of service satisfaction
Job requirements
Education requirements: Bachelor degree
Work experience: more than three years of work experience in project management and other related work experience, more than three years of work experience in the after-sales service of large household appliances; Have sufficient understanding of working pressure and translate it into landing improvement actions;
Language requirements: English, Chinese (proficient in business communication)
