We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team at 1969 D'Kelly Hotel, a new potential 5-Star hotel in Perak Ipoh which will be launched in November 2024. Whether you're managing guest check-ins, assisting with valet services, or ensuring the cleanliness of rooms, we aim to provide an unforgettable guest experience. Available Positions:

Front Office Staff (x6 Vacancies Left)

• Greet guests and handle check-ins/check-outs.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries.
• Assist with reservations and coordinate with other departments.

Valet (x4 Vacancies Left) - with Commission

• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Provide luggage assistance and ensure a smooth guest arrival experience.

Concierge (x3 Vacancies Left)

• Offer information and recommendations about local attractions, dining, and transportation.
• Assist with booking tours, reservations, and other guest needs.

Housekeeping (x5 Vacancies Left)

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
• Restock linens, towels, and toiletries.
• Report any maintenance issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• For valet positions, a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• English is compulsory
