RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Check room status physically and fill in Room attendant report accurately and accordingly
  2. Prepare and arrange own trolly and pantry
  3. Clean room and bathroom according to the established brand service standards
  4. Replenish bathroom supplies and room supplies
  5. Tidy and arrange neatly all guest toiletries on vanity counter
  6. Fold/hang guest clothing neatly and place at the place where it was found
  7. Shoes/slippers are paired and arranged neatly
  8. Remove room service trays/trollies from guest room and push to service lift landing area
  9. Check all lights, sound system in room and report immediately if there is any defects
  10. Report missing items in rooms or any damages to your Supervisor
  11. Reports/handover Lost and Found items from guest rooms
  12. Makes final room check to ensure everything is in order before leaving room
  13. Vacuum corridor carpet/furnitures and do spot carpet cleaning, check/clean all signages, picture frames, skirtings, mirrors and standing ashtrays near guest lift and corridor
  14. Vacuum carpet, furniture, dust mop floor in assigned ares before off duty.
  15. Reports suspicious behaviour of guests on floor to Supervisor/Security.
  16. Be aware of Security measure as to hotel’s policy
  17. Assist in room inventories
  18. Aware of different types of chemical use
  19. Any other duties assigned by your Supervisor from time to time
  20. Attend training sessions conducted by Housekeeping Trainers
  21. Maintain pantries and store
  22. Using a right chemical on right surfaces
  23. Ready to be multitasked to other section when required
