The resort consists of 494 guest rooms, a 64-acre nature reserve, the Rasa Ria Reserve, home to wildlife including long-tailed macaques and slow lorises, and home to an 18-hole championship golf course with picture-perfect views of Mt Kinabalu (a UNESCO World Heritage site).

We're looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager or aspiring to be required for our Rooms Division.

Job Summary

• Assists the Executive / Assistant Executive Housekeeper in directing and maintaining the Housekeeping Department in accordance with policies, standards and guidelines established by the hotel.
  
  

Requirements

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in an international class hotel / similar role
• Fluent in oral and written English, local dialects an advantage.
• Commitment to customer values, a self-starter, able to anticipate guests and colleagues’ needs, a motivator and a team builder
• Able to work flexible hours
