主要職責：
- 為人力資源部門提供行政支援（歸檔、入職、文件控制、
- 維護準確和保密的員工記錄並協助安排培訓或會議。
- 管理執行長的日程表、安排會議和安排旅行計劃。
- 協助準備報告、簡報和行動項目的後續工作。
- 在需要時代表執行長處理內部和外部溝通。
- 有效地確定任務的優先順序並預測需求以確保順利運行。
- 至少有 5 年及以上類似行政職務的工作經驗。
- 高度重視細節和組織能力。
- 能夠獨立工作、管理多項任務並主動解決問題。
- 熟練 Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、Outlook）。
- 優秀的英語書寫和口語能力。
- 處理機密事務時具有高度的判斷力和專業精神。
