Responsibilities

Creating, amending, and preparing HR process flows including designing, refining, and communicating HR procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency within an organization
Manage the company assets list, ensuring regular updates and accurate tracking of all company-owned items
Facilitate staﬀ administrative tasks, including arranging access and parking for newcomers, overseeing onboarding assets, and cancellation of access for outgoing staff
Handling procurement tasks for purchasing office items, including managing office supplies, stationery, cleanliness, office services, equipment maintenance, and stocking pantry items to create a pleasant work environment
Compile and submit payment requests, as well as maintain and update petty cash records
Assisting in company events, activities and surveys from time to time
