As our HR & Admin Executive, you will be the go-to person for a range of essential functions, ensuring our team is supported and our office runs seamlessly.
What you'll be doing:
- Human Resources Support:
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintaining employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Administering employee benefits and leave processes.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Addressing employee inquiries and providing HR-related support.
- Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Administrative Excellence:
- Managing office supplies and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Coordinating office maintenance and repairs.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Processing invoices and expense reports.
- Providing general administrative support to the team.
What you'll bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR and administrative role.
- Solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
