Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department ( filing, onboarding, document control,


meeting coordination ).

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and assist in scheduling training or meetings.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel plans.
  • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and follow-ups on action items.
  • Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO where needed.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently and anticipate needs to ensure smooth operations.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ & above experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and solve problems proactively.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential matters.
