HR & Admin Executive

We are seeking a skilled HR & Admin Executive to manage our human resources and administrative functions.

Location : Kuala Baram Industrial Estate

Job Requirement:

• Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
• Provide support for employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate and oversee administrative functions, including office management and facilities maintenance.
• Organize and manage company events, training sessions, and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR and administrative inquiries.
