- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Help with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Support the management of office supplies, correspondence, and general office operations.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture by assisting with HR-related initiatives.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by the HR and Admin team.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
- Prior experience or internships in HR or administration is a plus but not required.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture by assisting with HR-related initiatives.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by the HR and Admin team.
