- Record data from internal office and site
- Attend RFQ and prepare quotation RFQ from email/ GOV website
- Prepare PO and Invoice
- Dealing with supplier/ customer
- Arrange transportation
- Filling documents
- Prepare petty cash
- Preparing minute meeting
- Preparing letter
- To monitor site activity
- Preparing attendance card, wages, house rental and utility for site
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidates must possess at least SPM
