Human Resources

  1. Maintain the integrity of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  2. Maintain filling at optimum level as per HR Audit requirements for personal files, document storage and record updates
  3. Assist with on-boarding of new team members at hotel
  4. Maintain time & attendance system for monthly payroll
  5. Maintain and track team members leave records via E-Kiosk/HRIS
  6. Daily mail duty which includes date stamping on all correspondences, sorting of incoming email on candidates position application.
  7. Assist HR Executive with coordination of interview appointments of candidates with HODs
  8. Ensure all equipment in HR department are maintained and in a useable function.
  9. Ensure HR inventories such as stationeries, name tags are stocked up well
  10. Ensure HR Office cleanliness are in order to create a great first impression with our customers
  11. To support physical up-keep of the lockers and status updates.
  12. Monitor and track Team Members satisfaction level at hotel and update Managers where needed
  13. Manage HR inventories and stationeries
  14. Coordinate activities and events organize by HR Department such as Team Member Celebration, sports and recreation activities and mandatory annual activities such as GTMS, Team Members Appreciation Month, Careers@Hilton etc
  15. Manage and update all Team Member’s notice boards
  16. Manage renewal of Food Handlers yellow cards

Training

  1. Coordination of BEO for all HR related trainings and activities
  2. To assist in updating the master training attendance tracker, including training matrix and statistics on monthly basis.
  3. Coordinate monthly meetings with trainee, birthday celebrations, tea time with GM and such.
  4. Manage and update QA audit trackers as and when needed.
  5. Assists with recruitment and placement of local and International interns.
  6. Record minutes meeting for HR & L&D related meetings
  7. Participates in and supports Thrives initiatives for Team Members
  8. Participates in any activities not mentioned above which may enhance the competencies and productivity of the employees.
  9. Any other tasks/assignments on adhoc basis given from time to time for HR and L&D related matters.
