We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources and Admin Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a positive impact in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate and timely information.
- Support HR team with employee relations activities, including resolving employee inquiries and concerns, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to projects related to performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, and maintaining HR databases.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team.
- A Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Previous HR-related experience or coursework is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
