Job Responsibility

  • Be responsible for basic worker recruitment and coordinating with foreign labor companies.
  • Be responsible for tasks such as employees' on - boarding and off - boarding, attendance management, and leave management.
  • Assist the HR manager in streamlining HR processes and improving HR forms.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Other assistant work in the human resources department

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in human resource management and related majors
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR or relevant fields
  • Be familiar with worker recruitment,Have resources of foreign labor companies.
  • Familiar with the labor law of Malaysia
  • Fluent in English or Malay, and able to communicate simply in Mandarin.
  • Energetic, proactive, and results-driven
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
