  • 協調員工參與活動和事件。
  • 專業人士年度執業認證更新。


政策合規性：

  • 確保公司遵守勞動法規。
  • 支持人力資源政策和程序的製定、傳達和執行。


培訓與發展：

  • 組織和追蹤員工培訓計劃。
  • 協助建立和更新培訓材料。
  • 人力資源發展基金索賠和資金監控


主要屬性：

  • 注重細節且高度有條理。
  • 具有積極主動態度的團隊合作者。
  • 了解勞動法和人力資源最佳實踐是一項附加價值。


職位要求

資格：

  • 人力資源、工商管理、大眾傳播、公共關係或相關領域的學士學位。
  • 擁有 1 - 2 年人力資源協調員或助理經驗者優先。
  • 我們也鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。


技能和能力：

技術技能：

  • 熟練使用人力資源軟體和工具（例如 HRIS）
  • 熟練的 MS Office 技能（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）。
