Job Responsibility

  • Update daily attendance reports
  • Handles the daily administrative and HR duties
  • Assisting in payroll preparation
  • Coordinate foreign workers work permit renewal/contract/hostel management
  • To handle disciplinary issues, workers counselling
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/ management

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1â2 years of experience in HR/Admin
  • Good understanding of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, leave management, and employee recordkeeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic HR software/tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus)
