We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR cum Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR functions and administrative support, allowing them to effectively manage employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and various administrative tasks. This role is essential in creating a positive workplace environment and ensuring operational efficiency.
Human Resources
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screenings, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives through various programs and activities.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting and evaluations.
- Organize training programs and development opportunities for staff.
Administrative Support
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all departments are sufficiently stocked.
- Coordinate office activities and events, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist in preparing and processing payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related documents.
- Develop and maintain filing systems and databases for HR and administrative records.
- Provide support in budget tracking and expense reporting for the HR department.
- Assist with vendor management and procurement of office equipment and services.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administrative support roles.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
