Aufgaben
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Analyze manpower needs and oversee hiring processes for various positions
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues. Provide support to managers and leadership on HR related matters.
Performance Management and Development: Help set performance goals and conduct reviews, support leadership development and training plan to improve employee skills
Compensation & Benefit: Manage salary and benefit programs, ensuring competitive pay and packages
Compliance and Quality Management: Ensure compliance to labor laws and regulations, keeping accurate employee records. Monitor safety compliance and conduct regular safety audits, inspections and risk assessments
Health & Safety Programs: Develop, implement and manage health and safety policies and procedures to ensure safe working environment

Profil
- Leadership: Ability to lead and influence others, fostering a positive work culture
- Problem Solving: Skilled in addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strategic Thinking: Capability to align HR strategies with overall business goals
- Attention to Details: Accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Minimum of 2 years working in the same capacity
