Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compensation management, and HR administrative support. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidate progress.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring completion of paperwork and a smooth integration.
Employee Relations:
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in organizing employee activities, health and safety training, and team-building events to foster a cohesive team and high morale.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the implementation of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other benefits.
HR Administrative Support:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and personnel changes.
Performance Management and Employee Development:
- Support the performance review process, ensuring timely completion and assisting managers with feedback.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development activities to promote career growth.
Key Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, with a preference for recruitment or payroll experience.
Skills and Competencies:
- Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and HR processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and HR management systems (HRMS).
- Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
Other Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
