Responsibilities

  • Investigates and evaluates disciplinary and grievance cases as and when it comes.
  • Process grievances promptly to minimize distortion of information. Determines the true cause of employee's dissatisfaction and effectively resolve the grievance within the specific period of time.
  • Represent and speak for the Company concialiation and arbitration proceedings at Labor offices.
  • Counsel and advise all levels of supervisors to assist them fairly, objectively and consistently in decision making as they carry out their duties and administer policies and practices
  • Administer and conduct domestic inquiry processes according to the rule of natural justice.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Psychology or any related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of industrial relations practices and principles
  • Familiarity with current labor market trends and issues
  • Good communication skills
