HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection:

• Advertise open positions on job portals to attract qualified candidates.
  Conduct thorough resume screenings to identify potential candidates for interview.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient selection process.
• Perform reference checks to validate candidate qualifications and fit.
  Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
  
  Employee Engagement:
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Organize birthday celebrations, team-building activities, and festival gift arrangements to foster a positive work culture.

Staff Insurance Management:

• Administer the employee insurance policies, ensuring comprehensive coverage and understanding among staff.
• Handle queries and clarifications regarding insurance benefits and claims processes

HR Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of employees P- Files, Staffs attendance .
• Generate leaves reports to manage and track employee absences effectively.
• Prepare detailed monthly HR reports

Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
• Proficiency in writing and reading in Mandarin & English is a must.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset for reporting and data analysis.
