Job Responsibility

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment to onboarding, leave management, performance reviews, and more
  • Support various departments in managing people matters in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Propose and implement improvements for HR processes and employee experience

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR or relevant fields
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle high workloads independently
  • Energetic, proactive, and results-driven
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Open to guidance, able to follow instructions from superiors, and receptive to constructive feedback
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
