職位描述
- 協助上級與管理層、部門和/或科室負責人協調優化人力需求計劃和加班計劃。
- 與經理或部門主管聯絡，為入圍候選人安排面試預約。
- 處理所有外籍勞工相關事宜，包括工作證申請、宿舍安排和合約到期後的遣返程序。
- 負責新進員工的入職指導和入職培訓。
- 準備每月的工資單並確保按時準確地處理工資單。
- 準備人力資源和行政相關的文件、信件和備忘錄，並始終保存與人力資源行政事務相關的適當記錄。
- 處理與工業事故或道路事故相關的SOCSO索賠。
- 協助處理紀律事宜、申訴或與員工福利、待遇和補償有關的問題。
- 參與監控改進計劃，以確保始終實現人力資源關鍵績效指標和目標。
- 履行上級不時分配的任何其他職責。
- 擁有人力資源管理/工商管理或同等學歷/文憑。
- 具有人際溝通能力且熱情。
- 具有良好的英語程度。
- 鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。
