在與人力資源職能相關的各個方面為人力資源經理提供支援。
職責和責任
- 向人力資源經理報告。
- 身為人力資源通才，承擔日常人力資源營運職責。
- 為整體薪資管理、招聘、維護/更新員工個人檔案、績效評估、培訓、確認、員工紀律等方面提供一致的支援功能。
- 執行招募工作，包括職缺、廣告發布、履歷篩選、候選人篩選。
- 根據就業工具包/入職清單準備文件。
- 為新進員工進行入職培訓。
- 維護、更新和歸檔就業記錄。確保各種人事記錄都是最新的。向需要治療的人發放醫療證明，定期監測和更新醫療費用，並指出任何異常高的醫療費用。
- 更新員工的出勤、加班和休假報告，包括薪資計算。負責處理每月薪資單（薪資支付、法定支付）和核實薪資管理。
- 必要時與相關法定政府和私人機構聯絡。
- 月初就準備好食堂券。
- 依管理階層不時指示執行其他職務。
- 人力資源管理、商業研究、總務管理或其他相關領域的文憑/學位。
- 最好具備 2 年在製造環境中擔任人力資源通才的工作經驗。具有處理外籍工人管理的經驗。
- 良好的電腦知識（熟練使用 MS Office 應用程式 - Word、Excel、Power Point）和工資系統知識。
- 熟悉《就業法》和《2022 年修正案》、《工人住房和便利設施最低標準法》、《SOCSO 法》和《EPF 法》將具有優勢。
- 願意在必要時出差。
- 能夠在梳邦再也工作。
- 擁有自己的交通工具
- 招募－在規定時間內找到替代職位/新職位
- 確保薪資單在規定時間內完成
- 按時支付——合約工工資
