HR Intern

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), event management, and communication. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to creating a vibrant and engaging workplace culture.

Responsibilities,

• Talent Acquisition
• Assist in job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Participate in onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Corporate Social Responsibilitiy (CSR Initiatives)
• Support the planning and execution of CSR programs and activities.
• Collaborate with the team to identify meaningful community engagement opportunities.
• Assist in preparing communication materials for CSR campaigns.
• Document and report the impact of CSR activities.
• Event Management
• Coordinate and manage internal and external events, including celebrations, employee engagement activities, and workshops.
• Work with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
• Assist in preparing event budgets and tracking expenses.
• Gather feedback from participants to evaluate and improve events.
• Communication
• Assist in crafting internal and external communications, including emails, newsletters, and posters.
• Maintain the company’s communication platforms, such as internal share point and corporate LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent and engaging messaging.
• Provide support in drafting presentations and reports.
  
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
