HR Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in HR operations including employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Support the preparation of HR documentation such as letters and reports.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and wellness activities.
- Help coordinate training programs and onboarding processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, or related field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is an added advantage.
- Able to commit to an on-site internship.
