HR Internship

About Us:
Restoran Green View Sdn Bhd is a leading Chinese seafood restaurant known for its excellence in food and hospitality. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in managing day-to-day HR operations and improving workplace efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
• Help maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation
• Assist with payroll management, attendance tracking, and leave management
• Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities
• Help with performance management tracking and feedback collection
• Contribute to employee relations and resolving HR-related queries
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Help in preparing reports and documents for internal HR processes

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Interest in developing a career in HR and learning about HR functions in the F&B industry
