This is a well-established engineering hardware supplier in Malaysia, specializing in providing a wide range of industrial tools, equipment, and construction materials. The company supports various sectors including manufacturing, construction, and engineering, offering reliable products and solutions to meet diverse operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing recruitment ads, filter and selection for interview.
  • Assisting in recruitment interviews.
  • Manpower planning strategize and drive recruitment exercise to ensure adequate staffing during expanding retail outlet for front end & backend team.
  • Ensuring HR practices are compliances to Governments rules and regulations.
  • Compiling, reviewing and amend Employee Handbook and HR Policies from time to time.
  • Ensuring Performance Appraisal for Staff Confirmation, Annual Appraisal and Special Appraisal are carried out accordingly.
  • Sourcing and arranging external or conduct internal Training Programs for all-level of employees.
  • Conducting counselling session to the employee when it is required.
  • Work closely with all departmental head to implement company policies, guide and train the employees to follow the direction and meet the requirement
  • Reviewing on HR Management System, optimize the system settings.
  • Search hostel for workers time to time upon request by operation team . Counter check the condition of the hostel to ensure that workers follow the hostel SOP .
  • Checking on the monthly payroll and compile payroll reports by monthly & quarterly on time .
  • Prepare HR budget report by every November of the year .
  • Optimizing the payroll process, reduce the processing time, increase accuracy.
  • Overseeing Administration works including rental of cost centre, company phone lines, stationeries, hostels, petrol cards and etc & minimize the costing & expenses time to time .
  • Minimize the recruitment budget
  • Reduce tardiness & absenteeism rate & staff turnover rate in the workplace .
  • Liaising with Government Authorities & update latest grant from time to time &planning well on the HRDF claim fully plan for the internal training & upskill program for all staff.
  • To Carry out bi-yearly staff appraisal reviews and ensure the KPIs data collection is accurate and promptly updated by all staff .
  • To brief HODs & incumbent the process of KPIs
  • Organizing group activities such as Family days, team building, company trips, monthly lunch and etc.
  • Any task assigned by Management or Board of Directors from time to time.

Working Location

Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang

Remuneration Package

Up to MYR 9,000 (Depends on experience)
