Human Resource (HR) Responsibilities
- Handle the full recruitment process: job posting, screening, and interview arrangements
- Manage new employee onboarding: document collection, contract preparation, and orientation
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave, and overtime records
- Accurately calculate monthly payroll, allowances, deductions, and overtime
- Manage and renew work permits (Permit) for foreign workers
- Administer employee benefits, bonuses, and company-organized activities
- Handle employee discipline, grievances, and resignation/termination processes
- Maintain proper filing of all employee records and HR documentation
- Implement HR policies and carry out any ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by the management
- Manage daily online banking transfers and general accounting transactions
- Organize and file supplier and customer invoices and receipts
- Record and monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate petty cash records and ensure monthly reconciliation
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and documents for external accountants
- Communicate with the China accounting department on financial matters
- Candidates with E-invoice (electronic invoice) experience will be given priority
- Support general administrative tasks in the office
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with China-based team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience in both HR and accounting is preferred
- Knowledge of foreign worker permit processes is an added advantage
- E-invoice experience is a strong plus
