Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment (80%)
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs for stores and HQ level.
- Lead end-to-end hiring processes: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles (outlet managers, chefs, front-of-house staff, corporate professionals).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and staffing priorities.
- Strengthen employer branding through career fairs, social media, partnerships with universities and recruitment platforms.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
- Other HR Responsibilities (20%)
- Oversees payroll administration, HR compliance, and performance management as required.
- Assist in training & development initiatives to build capability across teams.
- Maintain and update HRIS, personnel records, and related documentation.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements to enhance overall HR operations.
- Participate in employee engagement & retention initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years’ HR experience with strong exposure to Recruitment Strategies on ground / store / outlet level, preferably in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement practices and turnover management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
