- Lead Talent Acquisition - Partner with department heads to identify talent needs, attract top hospitality professionals, and ensure smooth onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success.
- Foster a Positive Culture - Be the go-to person for employee relations, creating an open and supportive environment where every voice matters.
- Drive Learning & Development - Identify training needs and design programs that elevate skills, service quality, and leadership potential across the hotel.
- Guide Performance Excellence - Oversee the performance management process, helping teams set clear goals and achieve their best work.
- Ensure Compliance & Best Practices - Keep HR operations in line with Malaysian labor laws, industry standards, and our hotel’s high standards.
- Boost Engagement & Retention - Plan and execute recognition programs, staff activities, and welfare initiatives that keep morale high and turnover low.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A people-first mindset with a passion for service excellence.
