HR Senior Manager / HR Manger / HR Specialist (RAWANG)

Strategic HR Management:

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Lead HR functions to ensure the successful integration of human capital strategies.

Provide guidance on the development of overall HR strategy and initiatives.

Change Management:

Navigate organizational change with expertise, fostering a positive workplace culture.

Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.

Tactical HR Functions (Specialist):

Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Recruit, screen, interview, and place workers.

Handle employee relations issues.

Process payroll, benefits, and leave administration.

Maintain employee records and support training and development activities.

Perform other operational and tactical HR functions.

Qualifications:

Experience in Human Resource for 5 - 8 years.

A bachelor's degree or master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required

Proven track record in HR Management for the Manager / Specialist role.

Demonstrated experience guiding HR initiatives during periods of significant change.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
