HR Services Internship - Your new role?
As a HR Services intern, your role is to provide day-to-day service support as part of the GBS HR Solutions optimization team – focusing on Advisor support via administration. In this role, you will be reporting to the HR Services Manager and will be based in our Petaling Jaya office.

HR Services Internship - Your new role?
As a HR Services intern, your role is to provide day-to-day service support as part of the GBS HR Solutions optimization team – focusing on Advisor support via administration. In this role, you will be reporting to the HR Services Manager and will be based in our Petaling Jaya office.
Key Requirements:
- You will work together with HR advisors in order to support the administrative activities related to onboarding and employee administration
- You will send out reminders and follow up on pending activities
- Workflow monitoring and reminders ( weekly 50 emails at least)
- Manual data entries into theHR system
- Easy cases handling
- Generate report and bi-monthly insurance registration
- Diploma or Degree: Ongoing college or University studies (preferably in Business Administration/ HR)
- Able to carry out internship for a duration of 3-6 months
- Languages: Fluent English, and Mandarin is a plus
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude including the ability to utilize MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), job boards and application tracking systems
- Advance knowledge on Excel, preferably skills in developer
