Job Summary:

Support our hiring efforts by identifying, engaging, and qualifying top-tier candidates for a variety of roles. The ideal candidate will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong pipelines of passive and active talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on research, outreach, and candidate engagement, and is passionate about connecting great talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Use various sourcing methods (Boolean searches, LinkedIn, job boards, databases, social media, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns and engage passive talent to generate interest in open roles.
  • Pre-screen and assess candidates to determine fit for current or future opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within the ATS and sourcing tools.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and frequently hired roles.
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics, including outreach volume, response rate, and conversion to interviews.
  • Support diversity sourcing strategies to build a more inclusive talent pool.
  • Stay current with industry trends, talent market shifts, and sourcing best practices.


  • Job Qualifications:


  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or HR related field.
  • 1- 3 years’ experience in sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Familiar with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, ATS, CRM etc).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates.
  • Detail-oriented with strong research and data management skills.
  • Fluent in English language.
